Time line for context:

1992: born in Tielt, Belgium
1994: started riding a bike
2000: we got a computer at home. Played Age of Empires II a lot
2007: jailbroke the first iPod Touch
2008: started buying and selling iPhones
2010: went to college, Economics
2012: started my first business: selling second hand racebikes.
2013: traveled from Bangkok to Singapore on a shoestring budget
2014: rode the Train-Siberian railway, Moscow to Shanghai. saw some of Russia, Mongolia and China
2015: moved to San Francisco, California to learn how to sell software at Showpad
2016: climbed the Mont Blanc
2016: bought bitcoin
2017: moved to London for 6 months, did not like it
2017: sold bitcoin
2017: moved to New York to start Campo
2018: had a tough year, shut down Campo
2018: wrote a blogpost ~80 days in a row
2019: did some consulting for Saas companies. Started working at Viabill to build a sales team
2020: spent a summer in Vermont
2020: bought bitcoin for the long haul. hodl.
2021: worked out 400 days in a row, got really fit
2022: started UpsellPlus
2022: got married
2023: started racing bikes in NYC, won my first race
2023: became a dad
2023: started structured cycling training
2024: joined a racing team
2024: UpsellPlus team grew to 10
2025-: growing UpsellPlus, compounding, riding my bike
